New feature
Product catalog
The product catalog is a change made to user applications (Android and iOS), with the aim of improving the user experience in terms of navigation and use, addressing the distinction and purpose between resources.
The catalog consists of the addition of a new screen that separates the traditional scheduling resources for work positions, meeting rooms, parking spaces, etc., from products for the purpose of searching, searching and locating people and spaces. For this addition, some changes were necessary:
- The "My Reservations" feature that allows you to search all reservations made is now within the new product catalog screen.
- In place of the old "My Bookings" feature in the main (bottom) menu, there is now a "Search" button that takes you to the new catalog screen.
This change will be transparent to the user and automatic through the application's standard update.
Resource information
The new resource brings a bulletin with the description of each resource and a conceptual summary with steps that will help the user to understand the system. This addition is the beginning of big changes to come.
These new informational screens can be found by clicking on the "i" icon for each product or resource available on the catalog screens.
Working groups
The "Workgroup" is a new feature for the user's application that lets you know which of your co-workers have reservations for work positions and when they intend to be in person, and thus, schedule a position for you and be with them.
The "Working groups" feature is located in the "Search" menu along with "Search Colleague" and "My Bookings".

Improvements
Microsoft Integration
Revised the Microsoft integration setup flow to be simpler and more instructive.
- The flow now features direct and conditional fields, displaying the next steps along its completion.
- New links were added reinforcing access to documentation.
Internal improvements
- Adjustments in apis and endpoints in communication with your applications.
- Improvements in triggering PUSH notifications.
- Adjust the loading and processing of images.
- Text corrections.
- Correction in the import of spreadsheets.
