Concept
The "Working groups" is a new feature that allows the user to know which of their co-workers have reservations for desks and when they intend to be in person, and thus, schedule a position for themselves and be with them.
Ex.: Marcos created a group named "Friends" and added Pedro and Lilian. He will know that on monday only Pedro will be present and on tuesday both will be there, so Marcos decides to be with them due to his own resource, he will be able to reserve a position for himself next to them.
Characteristics
The Working group is an additional feature. Validate with your company the addition of this feature to your plan.
- Groups are private to each user, i.e. it is not possible to share groups.
- The validation of users whether they will be present or not is based on deks position schedules. If the user is in person using only meeting rooms, the resource does not identify that user as present in the office.
- The number of groups is unlimited.
- It is possible to have only 12 participants per group.
Usage
My first group
- The feature is located under "Search" in the application's main menu. If this is your first time, a presentation and registration screen for your first group will be displayed.
- Register your first group by giving a name and adding participants.
Save the group. - After saving, the main screen of the groups will be displayed.
How cards work
Group name: Each group is represented on a screen, which can be changed by clicking on the arrows or dragging it sideways.
Days of the week: The days of the week are the white cards where each one represents the day someone is intending to be in person.
Next : Takes you to the available actions that the user has for that specific day.
Photos: The photos represent which colleagues among the group's participants have a position reservation for that day.
"Schedule a work position for me" button: It will take the user to complete the scheduling of a work position where he will choose a location close to his colleagues.
"Schedule a meeting room for my group participants" button: It will take the user to the default meeting room scheduling flow with the features for all participants.
Creating and editing groups
Working groups can be organized on their specific screen by clicking on the icon . It is possible to sort, create new groups and delete workgroups.
- New group: Create new groups.
- Click on the points icon to order.
- Click on the group to edit it.
- Click on the arrow or drag to the side to delete the group.
